Survivors of Narcissistic Abuse (SoNA) Support Group
So many of us have had the experience of no one seeing the whole picture of our experience in our relationship with a narcissist. Because people do not understand the intricacies and insidiousness of the narcissist’s behavior, we can feel unsupported and unheard. While this is common, there seems to be an increasing understanding of narcissistic abuse worldwide. Support groups, social media groups, and therapists like myself who specialize in treating narcissistic abuse victims are becoming more available. There are books, videos, and articles to help you understand what you have been through and see that there is not something wrong with you as your narcissist would like you to believe. Those feelings that something was not quite right were correct. Your intuition was telling you something, but you could not hear it clearly because your narcissist was louder. Hearing the stories and experiences of others can be incredibly validating, and it is possible now to find others who understand you, so please join us in our Survivors of Narcissistic Abuse Support Group. Our SoNA groups offer a place to be seen, heard, and supported.
If you have been in a relationship with a narcissist, you likely know the people in your life don’t get what you’ve been through. If you are looking for others who have shared your experience and understand what you’ve been through, please join us for our support group for Survivors of Narcissistic Abuse. Please join us to offer and receive support and hear the stories and experiences of others who have been in your shoes.
