Dana Glasser is a licensed psychotherapist trained at the Gottman Institute in couples therapy and treats adolescents, adults, and couples across California. In addition, she is affiliated with Stephens Therapy and Associates. Dana has extensive experience working with anxiety, depression, survivors of narcissistic abuse, trauma, ADHD, OCD, Schizophrenia, and Bipolar. She wholeheartedly believes that the most significant indicator of successful therapy is a kind, respectful, and nonjudgmental therapeutic relationship. Her knowledgeable, patient, and compassionate approach incorporates humor, strength-based practice, CBT, DBT, talk therapy, mindfulness, ACT, task-oriented therapy, and solution-focused practice. Dana strives to create an open, respectful, and safe environment where clients can address sensitive matters and experience growth, personal insight, validation, and change.

Dana aspires to uphold empathy, unconditional positive regard, and genuineness in treatment. She connects clients with supportive resources and tools to help them develop inner peace, contentment, and an overall understanding of the mind-body connection. Dana believes in living in the moment and working on obstacles one step at a time.
