Kiyana LaShay Dailey

AMFT – CA 142175

Hello, I’m Kiyana Dailey. I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with four years of experience dedicated to providing culturally competent, trauma-informed care. With 13 years of military service, I bring a unique perspective to my practice, helping clients navigate complex trauma, self-esteem issues, anxiety, depression, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). My approach is compassionately person-centered, drawing from attachment theory, liberation psychology, and positive psychology. I incorporate evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), motivational interviewing, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). I strive to create a safe, LGBTQ+ friendly space where all clients feel supported and empowered on their healing journey. Everyone deserves to heal the mind, body, and spirit.
