I’m an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. I’m a San Diegan, US Navy Veteran, and the youngest sibling of 6 in my Multicultural family. Having grown up in an area with a lower socioeconomic status, the mental health disparity that our communities suffer from was one of my driving forces to become a therapist. We don’t always grow up in a community or culture that puts our mental health as a top priority, and we don’t always learn the skills to help us manage our mood in a healthy way. Now is the time for us to do that.

I specialize in helping clients to overcome traumas, to build their skills to manage their anxiety and depression in their daily life, to communicate better, to flourish in life, to be heard, to have healthier relationships, with management of psychosis and serious mental illness challenges.

It is scary to reach out for help, but you are here and you are taking the first step to finding a way to flourish. If you think I might be able to help you with your challenges, reach out to me and let me help you take that step.
