Have you experienced things that have left you hurt, confused, fearful, angry? Do you feel as though no one will understand? Do you feel your identity is broken? Experiences have many variants. Some can be beautiful, while others leave us feeling traumatized, used, alone, and afraid. The outcomes can lead to depression, anxiety, stress, or thoughts to not be here anymore. This can impact how you feel about yourself, others, and how you live your life.

My passion is to listen to individuals’ stories with compassion, empathy, and non-judgement.  I provide an open space to hear and guide using mindfulness-based practices as well as therapies catered to each individual’s needs. As a therapist, I have focused my practice on trauma and severe persistent mental illnesses. This includes depression, anxiety, PTSD, personality disorders, addictions, self-harm and abuse. I utilize therapies such as CBT, DBT, ACT, Narrative therapy and Trauma informed care.

I provide support and a safe place to create healing and steps to being who you want to be. You have already taken the first step. Feel free to contact me to help along the way.
